Personal data being processed
Mensen laten schitteren processes your personal data because you are using our services and/or because you provided these yourself for instance via a contract or information request. The following list states all types of personal data I process.

  • First and last name Gender
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • If applicable data on employer or sponsor
  • Email address
  • Bank account number (in case of invoice payment)
  • Information provided about yourself when filling out tests or inquiries under a contract
  • Other personal data you provide during coaching session, correspondence or by telephone

Special or sensitive data being processed
Our website and/or service is not intended for collecting data on website visitors below the age of 16 years without parental consent. Unfortunately I can not check if a visitors is 16 years or older. I advice parents to monitor the online activities of their children in order to prevent data being collected without the awareness of the parents. In case you are convinced I collected personal data on a minor, please contact me viaAEH@anneelsehojberg.com, and I will erase this information.

The goal and basis for which personal data is being processed
Mensen laten schitteren processes your personal date for the following reasons:

  • To guide and advice you (or your team and/or employer); meaning in order to provide our services.
  • For processing your payment.
  • For sending our newsletter / blog notifications and / or promotional activities.
  • To call or email you when necessary to provide our service. Or to be able to contact you through services like Skype or WhatsApp if you choose to.
  • To have items delivered to your door.
  • To inform you about changes in the services or products I provide.

Mensen laten schitteren also processes personal data when this is required by law, for instance data I need for the declaration of taxes.

Automated decision making
Mensen laten schitteren does not make use of automated decision processes when these decision can have a (high) personal impact. Here is being referred to decisions taken by computer program or -system, without human involvement (for instance by an employee of Mensen laten schitteren).

Time periods data is being stored
Mensen laten schitteren does not store store your personal data any longer then completely necessary to reach the goals your data is collected for. I use the following periods of storage considering the different categories of data:

E-mail messages 3 years After this period we no longer expect questions related to stored email messages, Before that it could provide useful to consult older information.
Financial information 7 years In correspondence with tax law.
Administration 3 years We collect data on agreements, on tests and methods being used and points of interest for future consults. This enables me to be fully prepared for every meeting. After 3 years when the contract has ended I will erase this (digital) stored information since I then no longer expect questions in this regard.
(Work related-) personality tests 4 years I store test scores for 4 years. After this the relevance of the information is mostly gone. Within this period and after the contract I use the test scores to answer any questions a client may have. Test scores are never shared with third parties.

 

Sharing personal data with third parties
Mensen laten schitteren only shares your personal data with third parties when this is necessary for fulfilling our contract with you and when so required by law. When another company processes your personal data for me (for instance test facilities or companies that provide financial software for our invoices), I make sure they operate at the same level of confidence and security.

Cookies and similar tools I use
Mensen laten schitteren uses functional cookies and cookies for tracking and analytical reasons. A cookie is a small text file that is stored by your browser (on your personal computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit my website for the first time.

Mensen laten schitteren only uses cookies with a pure technical function. These make the website work properly and make sure that for instance your specified configuration is stored. They are also used to optimize the functionality of the website.

During your first visit to my website I informed you about these cookies and have I asked for your permission to install these. Looking into, editing or deleting personal data
You have the legal right to look into your personal data, to correct these data or to have these data deleted. You also have the right to revoke your earlier permission on processing your personal data by Mensen laten schitteren. In addition you have to right to data transfer. This means that you can request a file, with the personal data I collected from you, to be sent directly to you or to a party you appointed. You can send a request for looking into, for editing, deleting or transferring your personal data and for revoking your permission as well as object to the processing of your information to AEH@anneelsehojberg.com.

To make sure you are the genuine sender of the request, I ask you to include a proof of identity; this can be a passport or identity card. Please black out your photo, MRZ (Machine Readable Zone, the line with numbers at the bottom of your passport), pass number and Personal Identification Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. I will respond as soon as possible but at least within four weeks of your request.

The way I protect your personal data
Mensen laten schitteren is very serious about the protection of your personal data and takes fitting precautions to assure no abuse, no loss, unwanted disclosure, unauthorized access or change of your personal data will take place.
